I think you can do it in ROUTINE BADI. It has parameter IT_PACKAGE_PARAS and I think I saw those parameters there. If they are not there you can try calling Method GET_VARIANT_PARAS of Class CL_UJD_PACKAGE_CONTEXT which is available since SP08 of BPC 7.5.
