Dear Albert,
It is not possible by standard, but I would suggest you below options:
1. In the Partner Profile for the House Bank you can set the system to 'Transfer Immediately' instead of chosing for Collect Idoc's
2. Else you could opt for a custom program which would check the table EDIDC at scheduled intervals to check if there are any IDOC's created (based on a certain criteria like Basic type,status etc) based on which you call report RSEOUT00.
Please note that you can scedule this report RSEOUT00 also to run e.g. every 30mins, but might have some performance issues hence I suggested the option of user defined program.
