Subcontracting process in Poultry industry

Hi Gurus.How to Implement subcontracting process in Poultry industries??

  The Business Process is They are sending chicks to Forms to grow there.They will send feed and medicine for 6 weeks.After 6 weeks bird will come.There is standard template is there for feed and medicine(Daily basis).According to that consumption will come.In this period chicks mortality will be there.So how can we map in to SAP system??

  Please advise me.
