Hi John,
When you are Creating a BICS connection to the BW server then all the available Query in the BW Server is accessible to all because you are Fetching all the BI queries.
So if you want "Business Users" cannot see the Other Query (Grayed out) in that case you have to create Multiple connection as per your BI Query, then only that Query is accessible and no grayed out Query is available after that.
