Hi Mohsin,

You can try with something like this SELECT $[$38.x.11].

You can apply the above query on y field. (Where 38 is the matrix for Sales Order form and x is your source item and 11 is the type of data field, 11 shows numeric value.)

While applying FMS on y field you can select auto refresh option for x.
