Hi Santosh,
If there is no entry in IT2011, IT2001 or IT2002, the time evaluation run will give error message - Employee Not At Work and will fail time evaluation for the given day.
This error message can be read in PTMW from where the time administrator can correct.
I would recommend against making this automatic because an employee may not get time to inform due to some emergency and then he comes to office next day to apply leave.
Or you have to ask client the duration for which one needs to wait before unpaid leave is applied.
