Sorry for my delay response. Was working on a separate project. Anyways, I tried running the ODBC sample app like you said but it gave me an error stating..."Cannot find 'odbc_sample' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."
Let me give you some more specific data to help you know what I'm dealing with.
The device is a Symbol MK500 which is a micro kiosk. The operating system is Windows CE version 5.00 (Build 1400). It's got 64 MB of flash & 64 MB of RAM. What I have is a small app on the device that first records a barcode that has been scanned to a local database (located on the storage card). Then, on a periodic basis (every 15 minutes), it connects to a remote database to transfer the data that it has captured. If I use ASA 9, it works fine but for some reason, version 12 is what's giving me the issues. I don't mind using version 9 for the local DB but the remote database is version 12 so it has to be able to connect to it. Hopefully this helps you understand what I'm working with and any help will be greatly appreciated.
