for NW 7.3: ESS 633, MSS 630, PCUI_GP 633 then what are the corresponding compatible ECC EHP and HR version which I need?

You may need to have ECC 6.0 EHP6 with SAP_HR 605 and EA-HR 606. NW stack on 731 release
