Labor hours in Lead time scheduling

Hi experts,

For one of the operation in production, work center category is machine ('0001), having standard value key with standard value parameters Setup, Machine, Labor.

Setup time is 30 minutes, machine time is 200 min and labor time is 220 minutes. Labor will work more than the machine hours as a part of finishing activities after completion of the machine process. Now when we try to look at the lead time, Labor extra 20 minutes are not calculated. How can we take this 20 min extra time spent by labor in account in terms of lead time scheduling and price planning.
